The validity of the gift voucher is 12 months from the date of issue.
In other words:
The day to come and enjoy the gifted activities must be within 12 months of the date of issuance of the Gift Voucher.
After 12 months the gift voucher loses its value.
All this information will also be included on the voucher.
Exceptions to the validity of the Gift Voucher
In exceptional cases, we can extend the validity of the voucher to 24 months.
- If the legal requirement does not allow you to enjoy the gift experience.
- Due to force majeure
- Due to a long-term illness

Validity of the gift voucher for a specific day
You can gift experiences to the Zoo of the Pyrenees for a specific day.
However, the person to whom you gave the gift can change the date of their experience.
- He or she will have to contact us at least 48 hours before the start of the contracted activity.
- The day to visit the Zoo of the Pyrenees must be within 12 months of the date of issue of the Gift Voucher.
Validity of gift vouchers for charitable causes
Sponsor animals
The person will enjoy the benefits of being a sponsor for the succeeding 12 months.
Members
During 12 months the person to whom you make the gift will have access to the benefits of the members.
Sponsor a project
If your contribution is equal to or greater than 120€, the person in whose name you make the donation will have the same benefits as the members.
