The validity of the gift voucher is 12 months from the date of issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other words:The day to come and enjoy the gifted activities must be within 12 months of the date of issuance of the Gift Voucher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 12 months the gift voucher loses its value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exceptions to the validity of the Gift Voucher<\/h2>\n\n

In exceptional cases, we can extend the validity of the voucher to 24 months. <\/p>\n\n

  1. If the legal requirement does not allow you to enjoy the gift experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Due to force majeure<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Due to a long-term illness<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Validity of the gift voucher for a specific day<\/h2>\n\n

    You can gift experiences to the Zoo of the Pyrenees for a specific day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    However, the person to whom you gave the gift can change the date of their experience<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n
